Sync World Cup 2026 Schedule with Google Calendar & iOS Devices

Never miss a kickoff. Add the entire World Cup schedule to your calendar with auto time zone sync.

1Get the World Cup Calendar Source

To sync World Cup fixtures, you need to acquire the standard iCalendar feed (an .ics file). Go to our Downloads Center to download the full 104-match file, or filter by your favorite team or host city to export a tailored sub-feed.

📂 Supported Formats:iCalendar (.ics)

2Import to Google Calendar

If you use Google Calendar on your PC, Mac, or Android device, follow these instructions:

  1. Open Google Calendar in your desktop web browser and sign in.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and click 'Settings'.
  3. On the left sidebar, click 'Import & export'.
  4. Click 'Select file from your computer' and upload the downloaded .ics file.
  5. Select which calendar you want to add the matches to (we recommend creating a separate 'World Cup 2026' calendar for easy toggling).
  6. Click 'Import'. Google will automatically populate all matches into your agenda.

3Import to Apple Calendar (iPhone / iPad)

For users carrying iPhones, iPads, or MacBook devices, sync is incredibly streamlined:

💡 Tip: Download the .ics file using Safari on your iPhone. iOS will automatically prompt you to 'Add All' events into your native Calendar app.

Manual Import Option:

  1. On Mac, double-click the downloaded .ics file.
  2. In the popup 'Add Events' prompt, choose your destination calendar and click OK.
  3. On iPhone, you can also send the .ics file to yourself via email/AirDrop, tap the file attachment, and select 'Add All' to save.

?Troubleshooting & DST

Q: Why are match times showing incorrectly in my calendar?

This is almost always due to an incorrect time zone setting in your calendar application or device settings. Ensure your operating system's 'Set date and time automatically' is turned on. Because ICS files use UTC time stamps, they rely on your system to perform the local offset math.

Q: Does the calendar handle Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes?

No. The iCalendar (.ics) format stores time-zone rules inside the file. Your calendar app reads those rules and adjusts for daylight saving time when needed.

🛡️ Security & Integrity

All .ics calendar feeds from this portal are static file documents. They contain no tracking scripts, malware, or executables, and do not access your account details. It is completely safe to subscribe.
